The Club House are recruiting a Sous Chef!

 

From the people who brought The Botanist to Cardiff back in 2020, this will be our third Club House restaurant.

What you’ll get up to

As a Sous Chef at The Club House, You will undertake all aspects of kitchen management, to ensure a smooth service at all times. You will assist the Head Chef with Rota planning, stock control, invoicing and ordering, team recruitment and food health and safety.

As an expert in coaching, your team will work for you to deliver your overall vision. You will have a passion for products, standards and fun on this journey to becoming a Head Chef.
