What you’ll get up to

As a Prep Chef at The Club House, you prepare fresh food inline with company specs, providing food preperation for our line chefs as a part of your incredible team. Our Prep Chefs carry out their job responsibilities on shifts that finish mid afternoon, a great position for someone who wants to work around outside comitments. You will be responsible for taking in food deliveries, maintaining a clean and well organised kitchen, delivering ecellent quality food preperation and communicating effectively with the rest of our team. At the end of a successful shift, you will close down / hand over to the head prep chef.

A calm and respectful attitude is key in our kitchen, and vital for the window chef to pull everyone in the same direction. Every day is a perfect opportunity to develop your skills and ready yourself for your next move up to Junior Sous Chef.
